About Wendy

I endeavour to ‘live in good faith with myself’ (being true to myself) whilst enjoying supporting others to do the same.

I am committed to listening deeply to each individual and responding in a way that is valuing and validating, recognising that each person’s therapeutic needs will be unique.

I have separate and extensive trainings as a counsellor and psychotherapist, so I am therefore able to adapt our work to meet your specific therapeutic requirements.

I have enjoyed a full and rich life myself and have encountered many significant challenges along the way! I, therefore, have a wealth of life experience to draw upon.
