About Wendy

I endeavour to ‘live in good faith with myself’ (being true to myself) whilst enjoying supporting others to do the same.

I am committed to listening deeply to each individual and responding in a way that is valuing and validating, recognising that each person’s therapeutic needs will be unique.

I have separate and extensive trainings as a counsellor and psychotherapist, so I am therefore able to adapt our work to meet your specific therapeutic requirements.

I have enjoyed a full and rich life myself and have encountered many significant challenges along the way! I, therefore, have a wealth of life experience to draw upon.

How I help

I offer a professional and confidential space where you can talk about anything you are facing that may be distressing, anxiety provoking, challenging or confusing. You do not have to know the exact reasons why you want to consult with me, it’s enough if you know you need to talk. Some of the common issues I often help my clients with are:

relationship issues

debilitating self-doubt

low mood

chronic unhappiness

lack of fulfilment

low self-esteem

problems at work

loss of direction and meaning, or other loss

finding yourself overwhelmed during a life crisis or transition

Alternatively, you might want to explore generally who you really are and what you want from life.
